2 Commercial Air Source Heat Pump

Features:

1. It use high-efficiency and energy-saving compressor, matched with high-quality condenser and evaporator, with high efficiency, stable performance, low noise and long service life. The industrial unit is centrally controlled and equipped with the energy ratio of compressor, which can timely and accurately control the matching of refrigeration capacity and cooling load of the unit, ensure the operation of the unit with the best efficiency and reduce the operation cost.

2. Internal integration of water cut-off, low temperature, high and low pressure, antifreeze, phase loss, delay start, reverse phase overload, motor overheating, oil pressure difference and other safety protection and treatment functions.

3. All English operation interface, menu prompt, unit operation status and home appliance operation environment can be set arbitrarily.

4. Capacity control can adopt four section (100% – 75% – 50% – 25%) or three section (100% – 66% – 33%) and non section control system.

5. The unique built-in oil pressure system ensures that the compressor maintains the best lubrication effect without oil pump. The oil separator adopts double-layer filtration mode, with good oil filtering effect, and the heat converter can give full play to its maximum capacity.

6. High efficiency internally threaded copper pipe enhances heat transfer effect and is more energy-saving and efficient. Using the latest CAD / CAM design and processing technology, the CNC machining center is completed, with compact structure, small volume and durability for 15 months. The U – shaped heat exchange tube bundle is convenient for maintenance and prevents refrigerant leakage.

7. All steel pipes are selected and manufactured with professional equipment such as high-speed drilling machine. The steel pipes are in closer contact with fins, with higher heat exchange efficiency. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, more compact and reasonable structure.
