How to Design Solar Thermal Central Hot Water Heating System?

Solar thermal central water heating system is split solar system, which means the solar collectors are connected with the water storage tank through pipeline. According to the difference between the water temperature of the solar collectors and the water temperature of the water tank, the circulation pump is used to make the water of the solar collectors and the water of the water tank conduct forced heat exchange. That is, when the water temperature of the solar collectors is 5-10 degrees higher than that of the water tank, the circulation pump works to pump the water from the water tank to the bottom of the solar collector, and the hot water on the upper part of the collector is pushed into the water tank; When the hot water of the collector is balanced with the water temperature of the water tank, the circulation pump stops working, so as to continuously improve the water temperature of the water tank. This method has high thermal efficiency and fast temperature rise.

Some users use the constant temperature water outlet type, that is, when the water temperature of the solar collector is higher than set value 1, supply tap water to the collector, push the hot water of the collector into the water tank, and stop water supply when the water temperature of the solar collector is lower than set value 2. This method has the advantage of low cost, but the set value should be adjusted according to different seasons.
