3. Check whether the equipment operation and insulation are normal

The heat pump system needs regular maintenance, and it is also necessary to timely check whether the equipment operation and insulation are normal during use. Specific items: check whether the system water pressure is sufficient. It is recommended that the pressure of the system pressure gauge be between 0.5-2Mpa. If the pressure is too low, it may lead to poor heating effect or unit flow failure; Check whether there is water leakage in pipelines, valves and joints, and timely deal with any leakage; Check whether outdoor pipelines, valves, water pumps and other insulation parts are well insulated; Check whether the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the unit is too large, and timely check the system pressure or clean the filter when the temperature difference is too large; Check whether there are sundries in the finned evaporator of the unit (such as catkins, oil smoke, floating dust, etc.), and clean them in time if there are sundries; Check whether the drainage at the bottom of the unit is smooth. 4. Maintain the working environment of the air source heat pump unit

The amount of heat absorbed is related to the surrounding environment of the heat pump unit. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the surrounding air of the heat pump unit is smooth. Clean the weeds around the air source heat pump regularly, and do not pile sundries around the heat pump unit. If the snow is too thick, remove the snow around in time, and ensure that the bottom drainage is smooth, so as not to cause the drainage pipe to freeze and block the drainage channel of the heat pump unit.
