1. The selection of air source heat pump shall be careful

The air source heat pump is developed from the central air conditioning of the water system. After it is connected to the heating system, it realizes the integrated system of central air conditioning and ground heating. The air-conditioning function of air source heat pump is easy to understand. It is not different from ordinary central air-conditioning, but it is more comfortable. Any type of air source heat pump can realize the function of central air-conditioning. In winter heating, due to the vast territory of China, the ambient temperature in the north is far lower than that in the south. Therefore, the air source heat pump has the ability to withstand low temperature. Generally, the air source heat pump has normal temperature type There are three types of low-temperature type and ultra-low-temperature type. The normal temperature type is generally used in the warmer south, and the low-temperature type and ultra-low temperature type are used in the colder north. Therefore, attention should be paid to the use environment when selecting the air source heat pump host. After all, the air source heat pump used in cold areas is equipped with full frequency conversion technology and jet enthalpy increasing technology, which can realize normal heating at minus 25 ℃ and maintain an energy efficiency ratio of more than 2.0 at minus 12 ℃. 

2. Do not cut off power easily when used in low temperature environment

There are two heat transfer media in the air source heat pump system, namely, refrigerant (Freon or carbon dioxide) and water. The refrigerant mainly circulates in the heat pump host and the water circulates in the indoor ground heating pipe. It is precisely because the heat generated by the air source heat pump unit is transferred through water as a carrier. In a low-temperature environment, if the air source heat pump host suddenly loses power and does not restore power supply for a long time, the water in the pipeline is likely to freeze due to the low ambient temperature. In serious cases, the pipeline will expand and the water circuit inside the heat pump host will break. If there is no one at home for a long time, the water in the system pipeline can be drained, which can reduce the risk of pipeline freezing; If there is no one at home for a short time, it is necessary to keep the heat pump host in the power on state so that it can start heating automatically in the low temperature environment. Of course, if the air source heat pump is used in the southern area with high temperature in winter, the heat pump host can be powered off. After all, there will be no water icing. However, detergent and antifreeze should be added to the system to prevent pipeline damage. 

3. Do not touch the control panel

There are many buttons on the control panel of the air source heat pump host, including those for adjusting the water temperature, timing and setting other parameters. After adjusting the parameters, the staff should not press the buttons on the control panel without understanding, so as to avoid affecting the operation of the heat pump host after pressing the wrong buttons.

Of course, the current air source heat pump has added an intelligent system, and can also be operated in a “fool” mode. Through the explanation of the staff, it is only necessary to remember the buttons that the user needs to adjust. When you feel that the indoor temperature is not enough, you can adjust the outlet water temperature a little higher; When you feel the indoor temperature is high, you can lower the outlet water temperature. For example, in winter, it is sunny for several consecutive days, and the ambient temperature is relatively high. The user can set the outlet water temperature at about 35 ℃ on the control panel; At night, when the ambient temperature is low, the user can set the outlet water temperature at about 40 ℃ on the control panel.

The user does not have to operate the air source heat pump temperature regulation on the control panel, but can also operate on the app terminal through the connected intelligent system. The user can remotely start and shut down the air source heat pump system at any time and anywhere, and can also control the water supply temperature and indoor temperature, and can also independently control the room, so as to provide the user with simple and convenient operation.

4. No sundries shall be piled around the air source heat pump host

The energy saving of air source heat pump comes from the application of jet enthalpy increasing technology, which uses low electricity to obtain the heat energy in the air, so as to efficiently convert it into the heat required in the room. During the operation, the air source heat pump absorbs the heat in the air. After vaporization by the evaporator, it is compressed into high-pressure gas by the compressor, and then enters the condenser for liquefaction. The absorbed heat is transferred to the circulating heated water to achieve the purpose of indoor heating.

If there are sundries piled around the air source heat pump host and the distance is close, or the plants grow around the heat pump host, the air around the heat pump host will not circulate or flow slowly, and then the heat exchange effect of the heat pump host will be affected. When installing the heat pump host, a space of at least 80 cm shall be reserved around the host. There shall be no shelter within two meters directly opposite the fan of the side air supply heat pump host, and no shelter within two meters directly above the top air supply heat pump host. Try to keep the ventilation around the heat pump host smooth, so as to obtain more low-temperature heat energy in the air and conduct efficient conversion. When the heat pump host is working, the fins of the heat pump host are easy to absorb dust, wool and other substances, and the surrounding dead leaves, solid garbage and other sundries are also easy to cover the heat exchange fins of the heat pump host. Therefore, after the heat pump host is used for a period of time, the fins of the heat pump host should be cleaned to improve the energy efficiency of the heat pump host.
