1. Solar temperature control water filling:

A high temperature sensor is installed at the outlet of the solar collector header, and a water level sensor is installed inside of the tank. Under the sun irradiation in the daytime, when the water temperature of solar collector outlet rises to the set temperature (factory default value is 60 °C), and the water tank is not full of water detected by the water level sensor, the filling motorized valve open and cold water enters the solar collector from solar lower circulating pipe, and the high- temperature hot water inside of the solar collector is led into the water tank, until the water temperature at the solar outlet drops to the set temperature (factory default value is 50 °C), the motorized valve is closed and waiting for the next temperature control water filling, so repeatedly, the hot water in the solar collector is continuously led into the water tank, all the hot water is free as it is from the solar energy.

2. Timing water filling:

At 14:00(factory default) of every day, if water tank can not be fully filled by solar temperature control water filling, the system open the motorized valve automatically to fill cold water, until the tank is full of water detected by water level sensor.

3. Solar energy temperature difference circulation:

When the water tank is full of water detected by the water level sensor, the system will suspend water filling and change it to temperature difference circulation. When the water temperature at the solar collector outlet is 10 °C higher than the water temperature of the water tank, solar circulation pump starts working automatically, the water with lower temperature in the water tank will be pumped into the solar collector, at the same time, the hotter water inside the solar collector will be sent to the water tank for storage until the temperature difference between solar collector and water tank is reduced to 5°C, the

4. Air source heat pump working assisted:

When the hot water produced by solar energy fails to meet the use requirements in continuous rainy days or a small part of the hot water needs to be kept constant temperature at night, the heat pump system starts heating automatically.
